The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the staff were incredibly polite and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Secondly, the natural hot springs were absolutely wonderful. The open onsens, surrounded by trees and rocks, created a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Lastly, the rooms, especially those with a balcony, offered stunning views of the mountains. It was a pleasure to wake up to such a picturesque scene every morning.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

The natural hot springs were amazing and had a great view. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best we've had in a long time. We also enjoyed the picturesque view of the bay and the smoking islands. It was the perfect location for our Easter getaway.
The dinner options were not that great and didn't have much variety. We also found the room to be a bit stuffy and weren't able to adjust the temperature.

Located in an area famous for its onsen baths, this hotel has a great scene of onsen smoke from the balcony. The private onsen in the room offers a spectacular view of the valley and the blue sky. The Kaiseki dinner and breakfast in the restaurant with ice-crafted sashimi bowl is a feast. This hotel provides large indoor and outdoor public onsen, warm stone bed facility, and family-use private onsen.
Dinner is not good enough.

The buffet breakfast offered a variety of dishes and there were plenty of options to choose from. The hotel had a great location, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The staff were exceptionally polite and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The traditional Japanese onsen experience was a highlight of our trip.
Although the beds were comfortable, the room temperature was too warm and we were unable to adjust it. The room could benefit from more modern updates and renovations.
